Lecturio works with third-party sub-processors, including vendors and service providers, that process personal data on our behalf. The list above provides a transparent overview of the third-party service providers (subprocessors and independent data controllers) Lecturio engages to operate its services, products, and platform features. Lecturio is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensures all processors meet strict security and legal standards. For Sub-processors, we have executed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in line with Art. 28 GDPR, obligating them to process data strictly on our documented instructions. For cross-border data transfers outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards are implemented, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), or Adequacy Decisions. Note that certain partners listed, particularly those for advertising and social media, act as Independent Data Controllers for their specific processing activities. These relationships are governed by their respective privacy policies, and where required, rely on your consent.
